"The collection is extensive and beautifully displayed. Some purses are grouped by designer, some are grouped by era and some by colour. Each of these choices give you information and a sense of women at that time. Absolutely fascinating and we all bought a purse in the gift shop. A lovely experience and we all loved that the museum is providing employment, purpose and community for young people with learning differences. Definitely worth our drive. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful place to visit you will see a purse that your great great grandmother had and also don't forget to go and see the Barbie room. The veterans room is awesome photos all over the room. This one veteran was on a ship and he gave them photos and he was there to tell us about his Viet Nam experience. You have to go and see it. There's a game room. Paintings to purchase in another room if you like fresh art. The murals on the wall are spectacular for what the young ladies that have done in that museum is awesome. There's something for everyone including the coffee shop and goodies. Worth the money. Lots to see."

Amazing! Vintage purse museum has amassed an incredible collection of vintage purses. There are rooms after rooms of gorgeous purses on a historic site in Manteno, Il. QRcodes enhance the learning experience by dates, designers and styles ! Helpful assistants will share their special gifts as they interact with visitors. Very friendly staff/owner , interesting nostalgic things to explore. Great for all ages, fun collaboration of collectibles, barbie comics purses outfits, wedding. Toys artifacts ect. Go check it out call for a guided tour you'll enjoy! 5-Stars!
